Myshak Warehouse was contracted to provide short term storage and weatherproofing services for a series of large building panels scheduled for use in an upcoming construction project. The panels were critical to the project’s structural timeline and needed to be protected from weather exposure prior to being delivered and installed on site. The project scope included receiving the panels at the Myshak facility, securely storing them indoors for a four month period, and ensuring they were properly wrapped and weatherproofed for transportation.

One of the challenges faced was preparing the panels to withstand transport and temporary outdoor exposure without compromising their structural integrity or finish. Given the timing of the project and unpredictable weather conditions, there was a risk of the panels being damaged by moisture or debris if not properly protected before shipping.

To manage this, the panels were first hauled to the Myshak warehouse facility, where they were received and stored indoors to prevent exposure. The Myshak Warehouse team then carefully wrapped each panel using weather resistant materials designed to shield against moisture, wind, and dust. Once wrapped, the panels were trucked to the project site, with additional protection provided by tarping prior to departure to ensure they remained fully covered throughout transport.

The process was completed efficiently and within the required timeline. By storing and preparing the panels at the Myshak Warehouse, Myshak personnel were able to protect the materials from environmental damage and ensure they arrived at site in optimal condition. The project was delivered as planned, providing the client with a reliable and timely solution that safeguarded their building materials and supported their overall construction schedule.
