Junior Field Safety Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Field Safety Advisor to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop a career in health and safety through a combination of field-based and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and support safety activities at company locations and client worksites.
• Assist with safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Support safety training initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.
• Work closely with operations and field personnel to promote a positive safety culture.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel to company locations and client worksites as required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role and the safety profession.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous safety experience is considered an asset.
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation, or progress toward obtaining it, is considered an asset.

This role consists of approximately 50% field work and 50% administrative responsibilities and provides excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth.
